What's new

What changed in Postal

The new features and improvements that reached the dashboard, the API and the documentation, from newest to oldest. The log starts on October 23, 2026, and each date is the day the change went live.

October 2026

26 to 28 October

Plan by volume, inboxes, test addresses and the documentation in English.

Dashboard and website, same look

The dashboard got the new logo and the look of the website: the fonts and the sand, black and yellow colors. In My profile, the options now sit in tabs by topic, and you can pick the light theme, the dark theme or your system's, plus the language.

Clearer dates, languages and notices

In the email and log lists, the end date of the filter now covers the whole day. The texts Postal writes for recipients, like the footer and the form pages, fall back to Portuguese when the language isn't set, instead of English. In an inbox on the shared address, which only receives, the dashboard now explains why Write and Reply are disabled.

Documentation in Portuguese and English

All the guides and the API reference exist in both languages, with a language selector. The pages were reviewed against what the API does today. Open the documentation

Plan by sending volume

In Settings, Billing, you choose each product's plan on a monthly volume slider. For a smaller plan, the change takes effect at the end of the period already paid and can be canceled before then. If the team uses something the smaller plan doesn't include, Postal lists what it is before you confirm. See the plans

Forms and validation with an overview

Forms and Email validation now have their own place in the Marketing menu, with charts, the list of responses with CSV export and the quality of your list. A form can now close on a date, when it reaches a number of responses or with a message, and it can reject repeated emails. Explore forms

Fairer reputation pauses for new accounts

New teams get more room: in the first 7 days the bounce limit is 10%, and a pause never comes before 24 hours after the first send. If sending is paused, you request a review right in the dashboard, and webhooks announce the pause and the resume. How reputation works

Inbox as the team's mailbox

Inboxes became conversations, with folders, labels, drafts, assignee, attachments, message translation and list, card or board views. An AI agent, if you turn it on, prepares reply drafts. Explore inboxes

October 2026

23 to 25 October

From the first send to email marketing and integrations.

Integrations with CRMs and your app

Connect Pipedrive, RD Station CRM and HubSpot to keep contacts in sync with Postal. Link Stripe, Supabase, Clerk, Auth0 and Firebase so every sign-up becomes a contact and every payment or login becomes an event for your automations. The number of connections depends on the plan. See the integrations

A/B tests and dynamic segments

In automations, the A/B test step splits contacts between 2 and 4 versions and measures opens, clicks, replies and conversions; it is available on paid plans. Dynamic segments update themselves from filters, and an automation can start when a contact enters or leaves a segment. Explore automations

Notice when a DNS record disappears

After it's verified, the domain keeps being checked every day. If a required record disappears, you get an email with the exact record and a 72-hour window to fix it, and the domain keeps sending in the meantime. You can also email the DNS instructions to whoever manages your provider. See how it works

Email marketing in Postal

Here are the audience (contacts, segments, topics and CSV import), signup forms, campaigns with an unsubscribe page and statistics, and automations with waits, conditions and events from your product. Explore email marketing

Visual editor, templates and AI assistant

Build emails with blocks and columns, in a format that works in Outlook, or start from one of the 70-plus templates in the gallery. The AI assistant helps you write and proofread, with monthly credits that depend on the plan. Explore the editor

Postal starts sending
