Frequently asked questions
Does validation guarantee the email will arrive?
No. It shows whether the address exists and whether there are risk signals, which helps reduce bounced emails. Some providers don't allow confirming the mailbox, and in those cases the result says it couldn't be completed, at no charge.
What is a “risky” address?
An address that may exist but calls for care: the domain accepts any recipient, the address is temporary or role-based (like contato@), or it looks like it has a typo. You decide whether to send, ignore, or remove it.
How many times do I pay for the same address?
Once every 90 days. An address with a result less than 90 days old is reused at no cost. After that, you can re-verify the expired ones.
Is validation on all plans?
It depends on the plan: some plans have validation credits per month, and on those that include validation you can add credits with the Validation add-on. See the plans and pricing.
