Frequently asked questions
Can I import my contact list?
Yes. Upload a CSV of up to 20 MB, choose the column for each field, and Postal creates the new contacts and updates the existing ones by email, up to your plan's contact limit. Include people who have already unsubscribed, too. Lists that were purchased, rented, or automatically scraped from the internet are not allowed.
Does Postal add the unsubscribe link for me?
Yes. If the email has no unsubscribe link, Postal adds one at the bottom. The one-click unsubscribe headers are also included with every send.
What if I run out of sending quota in the middle of a campaign?
The campaign pauses and resumes on its own when the quota renews. With an active subscription, the team owner or an admin can turn on sending beyond the limit in Settings, under billing, charged per thousand extra emails.
Do tests count in the stats?
No. The test goes out with [Teste] in the subject and is left out of the campaign numbers, but it counts toward the plan's sending quota.
